Collaborating with various general insurance providers, the company co-creates and co-designs innovative insurance products. Role Overview and Responsibilities

This internship offers hands-on experience in product management with a focus on the insurance and financial services domain. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive market research across insurance, banking, lending, and embedded finance sectors.
• Analyzing competitor products, tracking industry trends, and exploring emerging technologies.
• Mapping customer journeys to identify enhancement opportunities.
• Supporting product managers in eliciting and documenting business requirements and preparing user stories, process flows, wireframes, and product-related documentation.
• Contributing to the development of product requirement documents (PRDs) and feature specifications.
• Recording meeting notes, stakeholder requirements, and action items.
• Assisting engineering and QA teams through sprint planning, backlog management, and monitoring release progress.
• Participating in product and user acceptance testing, identifying bugs, edge cases, and user experience issues.
• Performing data analysis on product usage and business metrics, creating dashboards and reports, and executing root-cause analyses.
• Generating actionable insights and recommendations for product enhancements.
• Engaging with clients, including banks and insurers, to aid in discussions, solution presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Supporting initiatives related to AI and automation by researching applicable trends, identifying use cases, and assisting in defining requirements for AI-empowered solutions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship at Delhi or Noida locations.
• Availability to start between July 10, 2026, and August 14, 2026, and continue for a six-month period.
• Candidates should possess relevant skills and interest aligned with product management for insurance and finance sectors.

Additional Information

• Internship Duration: 6 months.
• Start Date: Immediate joining available within specified window.
• Stipend: INR 20,000 per month.
