Join Vriddhikar Society as a part-time remote intern focusing on developing educational content rooted in psychological principles. Vriddhikar is a youth-led non-profit organization dedicated to societal improvement and promoting innovative thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Design educational activities centered on psychological traits, behavioral habits, and student learning patterns.
• Create structured learning materials such as worksheets, reflection forms, mentor guides, and exercises.
• Develop assessments and activity frameworks addressing focus, motivation, discipline, and study habits.
• Conduct research to source supportive external content including videos, articles, and resources.
• Utilize AI tools to draft initial content and subsequently refine it for clarity and engagement.
• Transform developed materials into organized presentations using Google Slides or AI-based tools.
• Support content creation at various levels from foundational to advanced grades.
• Keep meticulous records and version control of all content and documentation.
• Coordinate with the product team to ensure content aligns with long-term learning goals.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be able to work remotely and be available to start between July 23, 2026 and August 27, 2026.
• Commitment to a 2-month internship duration is required.
• Relevant skills and interests in related fields are essential.
• Women aiming to launch or restart their careers are especially encouraged to apply.
• Preference given to candidates pursuing or graduated in psychology, education, social work, or behavioral sciences.
• Prior exposure to content writing, curriculum design, or assessment development is considered advantageous.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities are necessary.
• Familiarity with generative AI technology is beneficial.
• Experience with published research papers is an asset.

Additional Details

Stipend: Monthly remuneration ranges from ₹2,000 to ₹12,000.

Internship Length: 2 months, with immediate onboarding available.
