ARC (Adi Raheja and Co) is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern possessing a strong background in Psychology to join their Baner office in Pune. This role emphasizes applying principles of human behavior, decision-making, and communication to marketing strategies rather than using generic tactics.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage psychological insights and behavioral science frameworks to produce impactful marketing materials and social media content.
- Analyze client and audience personas to comprehend motivations and decision-making drivers.
- Collaborate with the team to ideate, draft, and implement digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct trials on messaging techniques based on behavioral nudges and monitor audience engagement.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree or solid academic foundation in Psychology or combined studies in Psychology and Marketing/Communications.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Curiosity-driven learner who enjoys connecting psychological theory with practical marketing scenarios and popular culture.
- Availability to start immediately and commit full-time onsite for 2 months.
