About the Internship
Escape Plan is seeking a creative and digitally savvy intern who has a strong grasp of social media dynamics, creator culture, trending content, and digital storytelling. If you enjoy spending time on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and new emerging channels, love discovering content creators, and are passionate about influencer marketing, this opportunity is ideal for you.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Creator Strategy team to identify promising creators, assist in campaign management, and gain hands-on exposure to how brands devise effective influencer marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Develop and maintain an organized database of creators.
- Support influencer outreach efforts and maintain communication.
- Coordinate with creators during the lifecycle of marketing campaigns.
- Assist in preparing campaign briefs and presentations.
- Monitor campaign performance and compile analytical reports.
- Keep updated with the latest social media trends, memes, and creator culture.
- Collaborate with teams across Content, Design, and Performance Marketing functions.
Preferred Background
- Students currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Business Administration, Fashion Communication, Digital Marketing, or Journalism.

Financial Details
