About the Internship
Join Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services as a Human Resources Intern to advance your skills in negotiation, effective communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Strong spoken and written English abilities are integral to this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the recruitment and selection process by screening candidates' resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Support employee onboarding processes through orientation sessions and managing required documentation.
- Help organize training and development programs aimed at enhancing employees' skill sets.
- Participate in performance appraisal activities and aid in delivering constructive feedback to foster employees' professional growth.
- Contribute to employee relations by helping to resolve conflicts and address grievances.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accurate information.
- Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives designed to encourage employee engagement and retention.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship based in Bhopal.
- Available to start between 24th July 2026 and 28th August 2026.
- Willing to engage in a six-month internship duration.
- Possess relevant skills and a keen interest in human resources functions.

Stipend and Benefits
Selected interns will receive a monthly stipend ranging from INR 10,000 to INR 14,500 along with a certificate upon completion.
