About the Internship

Located full-time in Bengaluru, this internship runs for 6 months with immediate start availability. It offers an inside look into the development of next-generation intelligent commercial electric vehicles aimed at emerging markets. Gray Mobility's vision is to revolutionize commercial mobility by building software-defined, AI-driven, energy-efficient, and highly reliable vehicles designed for critical operations.

As a Product Planning & Program Management (PPPM) intern, you will act as the central coordination hub across the entire organization, ensuring alignment with the company's roadmap and business priorities. You will liaise closely with founders and multiple departments including engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, sales, and quality assurance to ensure smooth program execution and prevent delays.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed product development plans based on the company's long-term vision.
• Manage schedules, milestone tracking, and cross-team dependencies effectively.
• Coordinate workflows across diverse teams including engineering, supply chain, finance, and sales.
• Conduct daily company-wide stand-ups and prepare comprehensive review dashboards.
• Identify and mitigate schedule risks and resource bottlenecks proactively.
• Drive accountability and ensure timely closure of action items.
• Prepare detailed project schedules and status reports using various project management tools.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in planning, organizing, and multitasking with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under ambiguity.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach with high ownership and the ability to work confidently with senior leadership.

• Microsoft Excel and Project Planning software
• Project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or Notion
• Google Workspace and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations

• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system exposure
• AI-driven productivity applications

Preferred Academic Background

B.E./B.Tech students graduating in 2027 from Mechanical, Production, Mechatronics, Industrial, Manufacturing, Automotive, or related fields.

Additional Information & Terms

• The internship is full-time and on-site in Bangalore.
• The position starts immediately and lasts for 6 months.
• Eligibility is restricted to B.E./B.Tech students graduating in 2027 with relevant skills and interests.
• Only candidates able to commit full-time availability between July 12, 2026, and August 16, 2026, should apply.
• Stipend ranges between ₹10,000 and ₹15,000 per month.
