About the internship

ChatSpark is looking for a Bengali-speaking telecalling intern to support outreach and customer conversations from home. The role sits within a product built around audio-based social interaction and light gaming, and it offers practical exposure to communication, sales support, and customer handling in a tech environment.

What you will do

Reach out to Bengali-speaking customers by phone to introduce and promote ChatSpark’s offerings.
Answer incoming calls, resolve basic queries, and provide customer assistance.
Help identify prospects and opportunities through market research.
Enter and update customer details accurately in the system.
Work with the sales team on lead follow-ups and conversion support.
Join training sessions to strengthen communication and selling skills.
Share observations from customer interactions to help improve service quality.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can work remotely, are able to begin between 5 July 2026 and 9 August 2026, can commit for 3 months, and have the relevant skills and interest for the role.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 5,000 to 8,000.
