About the Role
Alliance Group Limited is seeking a Yards Leading Hand to join their team at the Dannevirke Plant. This role involves supporting and guiding the day-to-day yards operations during the day shift. Ideal candidates will have livestock experience, a proactive approach to leadership, and a commitment to high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and directing daily activities within the yards.
- Promote and uphold a workplace culture focused on excellent Health & Safety practices and Animal Welfare standards.

Candidate Requirements
- Right to work in New Zealand.
- Willingness to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and medical exam.

- Physically fit, dependable, and motivated.
- Possession of two forms of legal identification to prove eligibility to work in New Zealand, such as a Passport or Driver's Licence and a Birth Certificate.
