Role Overview

As a Workday HR Consultant within our People Enablement Tech Department, you will design, develop, and maintain HR solutions leveraging Workday and other HR platforms. Collaborating closely with HR, IT infrastructure teams, internal departments, and external vendors, you will ensure seamless data integration and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the existing HR system landscape by identifying and implementing improvements.
• Act as the technical project lead for assigned projects.
• Support both technical and functional integration of processes across Workday, Greenhouse, and other systems.
• Analyze current business workflows, detect gaps, recommend enhancements, and continuously optimize processes.
• Partner closely with HR key users to maintain a stable environment.
• Oversee system and acceptance testing and document results thoroughly for evaluations and analyses.
• Establish strong working relationships with project stakeholders, providing expert consultation and serving as a reliable contact point.
• Contribute with your team to extend and customize the Workday implementation to support rapid company growth.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or related field.
• Have at least three years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Administrator, or Consultant specializing in Workday.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation projects and stakeholder consultation throughout project phases.
• Demonstrated expertise in configuring and supporting Workday Recruiting module.
• Familiarity with additional Workday modules like Compensation, third-party Payroll Integration, Talent & Performance, Absences, or Integrations is advantageous.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
