Wholesale Delegate - Takoradi

About the Role

The Wholesale Delegate will lead efforts to boost sales, nurture client connections, and keep up with industry advancements. This position focuses on recognizing new business opportunities among major wholesalers in the designated area, sharing information about current and upcoming products, and achieving sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients using diverse methods such as networking and cold calling.
• Formulate and execute sales plans within the assigned geographic area.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and distribute product samples to customers.
• Maintain precise records and documentation for accurate reporting and feedback.
• Uphold ethical promotion of products aligned with the company's sales policies and approved marketing strategies.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct regular visits to clients to assess their needs and promote relevant products.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding credit terms and other conditions.
• Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly and monthly sales reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Academic Credentials: Holder of an HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines.
• Professional Background: Between 3 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or product management.
• Proactive Attitude: Self-driven individual capable of working independently to fulfill objectives.
• Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and interpersonal communication coupled with analytical abilities.
