About the Division
You will be part of Enterprise Flex-E-Rent, the commercial vehicle rental division serving business customers across the UK and Ireland. The team supports the company’s wider growth across commercial vehicle hire.
Location
The role is based at Mill Lane, Nursling, Southampton SO16 0YE.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality welded assemblies and structures from CAD drawings.
- Carry out accurate fabrication work using the tools and facilities provided.
- Keep the workspace clean, organised, and aligned with health and safety requirements.
- Quickly report any safety concerns or maintenance faults.
- Make sure all tools and equipment remain secure and compliant.
- Act professionally on site and while driving, representing the company courteously.
Requirements
- Welding qualification to BS4872 level or an equivalent standard.
- A full manual driving licence valid in the UK, Ireland, or EU.
- Strong communication skills, good time management, and careful attention to detail.
- Ability to pass security screening covering criminal record, financial checks, and employment references.
