About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and client-centric Wealth Manager to oversee investment portfolios for high-net-worth and retail clients. This role involves understanding financial goals, offering tailored investment advice, expanding assets under management (AUM), and fostering enduring client relations while adhering to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients and nurture lasting relationships.
- Assess clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment requirements.
- Offer informed recommendations on equities, mutual funds, bonds, portfolio management services (PMS), alternative investment funds (AIF), insurance, and fixed income products.
- Design and deliver personalized financial plans and investment approaches.
- Drive growth in AUM and generate revenue via cross-selling and upselling financial products.
- Monitor client portfolios continuously and provide regular updates on performance.
- Keep abreast of current market trends, economic news, and investment opportunities.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulations from SEBI, NSE, BSE, and internal company policies.
- Collaborate with research, trading, operations, and compliance teams for smooth client service delivery.
- Meet monthly and yearly sales and revenue objectives.
- Maintain precise client records utilizing CRM platforms.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Preferred: MBA in Finance.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in wealth management, stock broking, or financial services.
- Certifications like NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives), Series XA & XB (Investment Adviser Level 1 & 2) or equivalent are advantageous.
Skills and Knowledge
- Excellent understanding of financial markets and investment products.
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
- Capability to analyze client needs and propose fitting financial solutions.
- Effective sales, negotiation, and presentation expertise.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and financial planning software.
- Comfort working in goal-driven environments.
- Familiarity with equity and derivatives, mutual funds, PMS & AIF, fixed income products, insurance, financial planning, portfolio management, tax-saving investments, and retirement planning.

Compensation
