Waste Management Worker (all genders)

About the Role

We are seeking Waste Management Workers (all genders) to join our team at multiple locations across Hamburg city. You will be assigned flexibly to seven operational yards across the greater Hamburg area, working in various shift patterns. Your main responsibility is to maintain cleanliness and a tidy cityscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Emptying garbage bins
• Cleaning streets and green public areas
• Post-event cleanup after large gatherings
• Collection of bulky and residual waste
• Using different cleaning tools and removing all types of litter
• Ensuring cleanliness of streets and public green spaces in Hamburg

Candidate Profile

• Enjoy physical work and outdoor tasks regardless of weather conditions
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts and on weekends
• Good command of the German language
• Possession of a driving license class B is required; licenses C/CE desirable and can be trained if missing
• Punctual, reliable, flexible, and a team player
