Job Responsibilities
- Precisely assemble pallets of products based on inventory requests from Loblaw stores.
- Properly wrap and prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain strict adherence to the Occupational Health and Safety Act and HACCP Food Handling standards, performing safety inspections and reporting unsafe equipment or conditions to supervisors.
Candidate Profile
You bring a positive outlook that strengthens our respectful and diverse workplace culture. Other key qualifications include:
- Availability to work up to 40 hours weekly.
- Physical ability to lift and carry weights between 60 to 80 pounds repeatedly within a timed setting.
- Comfort in working environments ranging from +5 to -28 degrees Celsius.
- Experience or ability to work safely around heavy machinery and operate an electric pallet jack.
- Ability to follow instructions provided via a voice-automated system.
