Warehouse Order Picker

About The Opportunity

We are currently seeking motivated and dependable individuals for the role of Warehouse Order Picker at our ALM Waverley Warehouse facility. This position is available on a full-time or casual basis. Ideal candidates will thrive in a dynamic warehouse setting and are committed to providing outstanding service to customers.

Role Responsibilities

• Accurately picking and packing customer orders with an emphasis on efficiency
• Preparing orders ready for delivery to customers
• Operating electric pallet jacks (training provided; no license required)
• Handling the receiving and dispatching of stock items
• Carrying out general warehouse tasks to support daily operations
• Operating forklifts and completing replenishment and put-away duties for licensed operators
• Ensuring the working environment remains safe, orderly, and well-maintained

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail when managing orders and stock
• Able to work effectively in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment
• Strong dedication to maintaining workplace safety standards
• Available to work 8-hour shifts on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 6:00am and 6:00pm
• Capable of lifting items up to 20 kilograms repeatedly throughout shifts
• Possess a positive approach, be self-driven, and able to collaborate well within a team or independently
