Role Overview
Agary Pharmaceutical Limited is hiring a Warehouse Officer for its Deidei, Abuja (FCT) location. This full-time position calls for someone who can manage everyday warehouse activities with accuracy, speed, and accountability.
Key Duties
The selected candidate will oversee the receipt, storage, and release of goods while keeping warehouse workflows efficient and well organized.
- Check incoming stock, record it correctly, and place items in the appropriate storage locations.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records and monitor stock balances through routine counts.
- Prepare outgoing orders and ensure dispatches are completed without delay.
- Keep essential warehouse paperwork such as GRNs, waybills, and stock logs properly updated and filed.
- Help ensure the warehouse stays clean, orderly, and compliant with health and safety requirements.
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, and other teams to support smooth operations.
- Spot and report any stock differences, damage, or shortages as soon as they are identified.
- Support accuracy, responsibility, and efficiency across all warehouse tasks.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 to 4 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Solid understanding of inventory control methods and warehouse procedures.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good planning, organization, and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- ERP or inventory software experience will be considered an added advantage.
- Capability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Compensation
The monthly salary is between N200,000 and N300,000.
