Role summary
The position is for a Process Lead - Scrum Master based in Pune. The expected experience range is 4 to 6 years, the minimum notice period is 0 to 15 days, and the role is open to graduates.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate environment, change, and release-related activities across teams and timelines.
- Manage patch planning, release execution, and environment lifecycle support.
- Handle triage discussions and support critical production situations when required.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and timely communication.
- Maintain control over multiple high-priority tasks and delivery commitments.
Required experience and technical knowledge
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in environment management, change management, or release coordination.
- Practical use of ServiceNow, including Change, Incident, and Request modules.
- Working knowledge of JIRA.
- Hands-on experience with MS Project.
- Good understanding of ITIL practices and operational best methods.
- Experience supporting patch management, release coordination, and environment lifecycle activities.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage large coordination volumes.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
Preferred profile
- Exposure to automation tools, scripting, or process automation projects is an advantage.
