Key Responsibilities

• Have comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings on the menu.
• Prepare the outlet for service by completing mise-en-place, table setups and resets, light cleaning, and other assigned preparations.
• Take guest orders for food and beverages, aiming to upsell when appropriate.
• Operate the outlet's point-of-sales system as required.
• Ensure accurate recording of all sales and follow correct procedures for order adjustments, voids, or corrections.
• Serve meals and drinks in accordance with the resort’s established service standards.
• Clear tables and transport used dishes to the dishwashing area promptly.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
• Accommodate special guest requests concerning food and beverage preparation methods and ingredients whenever feasible.
• Adhere strictly to presentation protocols set by the Food & Beverage Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the assigned station or section at all times.
• Implement all mandatory company brand standards and apply optional standards when applicable.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior hands-on experience working in a luxury hotel or well-established restaurant setting is essential.
• A lively, energetic personality coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality services.
• Must currently reside in the United Arab Emirates.
• Proficiency in speaking English fluently.
