Wage & Hour Class Action Paralegal

Role Overview

Ascendion is hiring a Paralegal in California to support wage and hour class action litigation. This position focuses on keeping matters organized, moving discovery forward, and helping the legal team meet critical deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support on wage and hour class action cases by organizing case files, handling discovery tasks, and managing document production.
• Help review class member information, perform damages-related calculations, and prepare court submissions.
• Work closely with attorneys, clients, and outside parties to keep cases progressing on schedule and in compliance with deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bring 2 to 5+ years of paralegal experience, ideally in wage and hour class action litigation.
• Have hands-on exposure to discovery management, high-volume document review, and litigation support work.
• Demonstrate strong organization, analytical thinking, and communication abilities, along with the capacity to juggle several deadlines at once.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000, with eligibility for a bonus. Pay may vary within this range based on geography or market, skills, education, experience, and other job-related qualifications.
