Vice President, Executive Partner

About the Role

Join Forrester as an Executive Partner, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to senior technology executives. This leadership role involves developing strong client relationships and helping clients navigate key business and technology challenges by leveraging Forrester’s comprehensive research, consulting, and event resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a profound understanding of client priorities, organizational context, and personal ambitions to guide their decision-making.
• Offer candid, practical feedback on strategies and initiatives to enhance client outcomes.
• Assist clients in identifying critical success factors and making impactful decisions.
• Leverage the full Forrester ecosystem to provide tailored insights and solutions to clients promptly.
• Support clients in crafting customer-centric IT strategies that promote adaptability, resilience, and innovation.
• Actively contribute to research operations by suggesting topics, facilitating researcher-client connections, and engaging in research interviews.
• Collaborate with sales to express Forrester’s value proposition, identify consulting opportunities, and help achieve revenue goals for executive programs.
• Manage 15 to 20 senior client relationships and deepen account engagements through partnership with sales and customer service teams.
• Create and execute comprehensive delivery plans based on Forrester intellectual property such as decision tools and frameworks.
• Represent client interests to inform research content development.
• Act as a thought leader by representing Forrester on social media and speaking at external industry events.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive leadership experience in technology, either as a CIO, CTO, CDO, or senior consultant to technology executives.
• Deep knowledge of IT industry dynamics including digital transformation, change management, cybersecurity, business innovation, automation, intelligent systems, strategic digital initiatives, and performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of aligning IT strategies with business goals to drive value.
• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to build trust and influence C-suite stakeholders across multiple communication channels.
• Excellent collaboration, relationship-building, and influencing capabilities.

• Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
