About the Role and Company
Ourquotient, located in Tardeo, Mumbai, is hiring a dedicated Video Specialist & Graphic Designer with 3 to 4 years of professional experience. This full-time position offers a monthly salary range of 40,000 to 45,000 INR. The selected candidate will be part of a collaborative and growth-focused environment, contributing to dynamic brand campaigns and leveraging cutting-edge, AI-powered creative tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and edit high-quality videos, including reels, animations, motion graphics, YouTube content, and digital marketing assets.
- Create visually striking social media graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, and other digital materials while ensuring brand consistency.
- Develop engaging visual narratives using creative editing, smooth transitions, sound design, and motion effects.
- Keep abreast of emerging design trends, social media formats, AI-integrated creative software, and advanced video editing techniques.
- Work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to transform concepts into compelling visual campaigns.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, adhere to deadlines, incorporate feedback effectively, and uphold high-quality standards.
- Maintain project updates, deliver timely reports, and assist in enhancing creative workflows and processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3 to 4 years of experience specializing in video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and comparable creative software.
- Experience designing content tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong knowledge of storytelling, typography, composition, color theory, branding, and visual hierarchy principles.
- Familiarity with AI-driven design and video editing tools is advantageous.
- Excellent creativity, meticulous attention to detail, effective time management, and clear communication abilities.
