Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a technically proficient Video Game Repair Technician to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This role demands an individual skilled in electronics and troubleshooting, who can efficiently service and repair various video game consoles and accessories.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on video game consoles and their peripherals
- Carry out soldering tasks, SMD rework, component replacements, and complete board-level repairs
- Diagnose hardware malfunctions and troubleshoot electronic systems
- Clean and refurbish gaming consoles, controllers, and related accessories
- Prepare and package customer orders daily
- Test all serviced equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Periodically lift and move heavy items as required
- Keep the workspace tidy and well organized
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong soldering and SMD rework abilities
- Experience interfacing with computer software
- Extensive background in repairing video game consoles
- Solid understanding of electronics and troubleshooting techniques
- Capable of independently diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions
- Organized, dependable, and detail-focused
- Comfortable working with both classic and contemporary gaming hardware
- Experience in repairing CRT TVs is highly desirable
- Physical capability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Holding a UAE driving license is advantageous
Training Provided
Comprehensive training will be given on proprietary repair methodologies, equipment usage, and workflow processes specific to the company.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary of AED 6,500
- Additional monthly performance bonus of AED 500 upon achieving sales targets

Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM
