Position Summary

The Vice President of Supply Chain is accountable for the comprehensive strategic oversight, daily management, and ongoing enhancement of the company's supply chain infrastructure. This executive role involves crafting supply chain strategies, overseeing procurement and supplier partnerships, coordinating production activities, managing inventory, optimizing logistics, and structuring a global supply chain that supports the company's persistent growth in the international jewelry market.

Qualifications

• 20 to 25 years of relevant experience in supply chain or procurement management.
• At least 8 years in senior leadership roles such as Director or higher.
• Preferably experienced with supply chain models in jewelry, luxury goods, retail, or sophisticated manufacturing sectors.
• Experience in handling global supply chains, international procurement, or cross-border operations is an advantage.
• Strong expertise in strategic planning, negotiation, supply chain operations, and leadership execution.
