What You Will Lead

This role covers three major areas: overall operations leadership, integration of newly acquired practices, and support for growth initiatives across service lines.

  • Work closely with integration teams to determine how newly acquired practices should be folded into the organization’s ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with physician owners to transition management responsibilities successfully.
  • Partner with senior leadership and the transformation team on company goals, major initiatives, and systems improvement.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is expected; an MBA is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in an industry-related role.
  • At least 5 years of practice management experience, with primary care experience considered a plus.
