Position Overview
The Vice President (VP) of Operations oversees the company’s comprehensive operational strategic planning and daily management functions. This senior leadership role encompasses responsibility for production and operations management, supply chain orchestration, process improvements, cost control measures, quality assurance, team leadership, and the advancement of global operational frameworks. The aim is to continuously improve operational efficiency and bolster the company’s competitive edge in the worldwide jewelry market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop medium- to long-term strategic plans for operational growth.
- Establish and refine corporate operational management systems and execution benchmarks.
- Lead upgrades to operational models to enhance overall efficiency.
- Ensure operational objectives are in line with the company's strategic goals.
- Supervise jewelry design, manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, and distribution workflows.
- Enhance production processes to optimize capacity and delivery timeliness.
- Coordinate among suppliers, factories, and internal teams to maintain supply chain stability.
- Advance supply chain digital transformation and streamline operational systems.
- Analyze current operational procedures and design optimization plans.
- Promote the deployment of standardized processes to increase execution efficiency.
- Reduce costs and elevate resource utilization.
- Set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous operational improvements.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, design, procurement, production, and quality teams.
- Ensure departmental goals align with overarching corporate strategy.
- Build and nurture high-performance operational teams and develop key management talent.
- Improve internal collaboration mechanisms and management processes.
- Formulate cost control strategies to enhance profitability.
- Analyze operational metrics and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Optimize resource allocation to boost overall business performance.
- Support the expansion of the company's domestic and global market presence.
- Identify operational risks and devise mitigation plans.
- Create and maintain a risk management framework for stable business operations.

Qualifications
- 20 to 25 years of experience in operations management or related fields.
- At least 8 years in senior leadership roles, such as director-level or higher.
- Preferred expertise in operational models within jewelry, luxury goods, manufacturing, or premium consumer sectors.
- Experience with global supply chain management, international operations, or cross-border commerce is advantageous.
- Strong strategic planning, organizational management, problem-solving, and execution skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and business insight.
