Vice President, Operational Excellence

Position Summary

The Vice President of Operational Excellence is tasked with leading the strategic planning, enhancing processes, and improving efficiency across the company's operations. This position drives formulation of operational strategies, streamlines business procedures, manages performance metrics, and ensures continuous organizational improvements aimed at strengthening competitiveness within the global jewelry sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop medium and long-term operational strategies and plans focused on excellence and growth.
• Create and refine corporate operational management systems and standardized workflows.
• Innovate operational models to boost overall organizational efficiency and implement aligned improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate current business processes to pinpoint efficiency enhancements, promoting standardization, digitization, and automation.
• Optimize critical functions such as production, supply chain, procurement, sales, and customer service to reduce costs and improve responsiveness.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs, analyze data to guide strategic improvements, and spearhead continuous improvement projects employing Lean and other methodologies.
• Coordinate across multiple departments to align operational goals with company strategy, encouraging efficient resource use and collaboration.
• Enhance global supply chain management, including supplier relations, inventory control, delivery systems, and order fulfillment to support domestic and international expansion.
• Identify operational risks and develop preventive systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations for sustainable business operations.

Candidate Profile

• 20 to 25 years of experience in operations or operational excellence roles, including over 8 years in senior leadership positions (Director level or higher).
• Preferred experience in jewelry, luxury goods, manufacturing, or high-end consumer sectors.
• Background in global operations, supply chain optimization, or multinational enterprise management is desirable.
• Expertise in Lean management, digital operational strategies, process improvements, and continuous enhancement techniques.
• Strong strategic planning, analytical skills, leadership qualities, and ability to execute complex projects.
