About the Role
EigenLayer is looking for a senior operations leader who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to help expand its global operating model. In this executive position, you will shape and improve cross-functional processes, strengthen corporate governance, and manage everyday business operations so the organization can continue growing quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve and scale core business processes, internal systems, and coordination across teams to support rapid growth.
- Work with the executive team to turn company strategy into practical operating plans and trackable performance metrics.
- Partner with legal and finance teams to reinforce governance standards and support compliance efforts across regions.
- Manage financial planning, vendor relationships, and internal resource allocation to improve efficiency.
- Build and support a collaborative, inclusive, high-performing culture in a fully distributed remote environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Demonstrated senior leadership experience in business operations, preferably in Web3, deep tech, fintech, or fast-scaling SaaS companies.
- Strong background in creating, executing, and scaling complex operational workflows from scratch.
- Solid analytical judgment, strong financial understanding, and experience overseeing budgets.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to bring together stakeholders from different functions.
- Ability to adapt quickly, stay effective under change, and lead in a fast-moving technology environment.
