Role Overview

Barretts Jaguar in Ashford seeks a diligent, proactive, and dependable Vehicle Movement & Site Coordinator. This hands-on position involves managing and overseeing the daily movement, coordination, and control of vehicles throughout the Jaguar Land Rover Ashford premises. The role requires working within a dynamic automotive setting, demanding exceptional attention to detail and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Coordinate the transportation and positioning of vehicles on-site efficiently.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records pertaining to vehicle movements and site activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients, drivers, and workshop personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks within a high-paced work environment.
• Support workshop teams to optimize vehicle flow through repair and preparation processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a full UK driving licence for both manual and automatic vehicles is mandatory.
• Previous exposure to the automotive sector, fleet management, vehicle recovery, or transport industries is preferred.
• Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Keen attention to detail to uphold the accuracy of all records and site processes.
• Confident communication capability to engage various stakeholders.
