About the Role
Join Bedrock+Kitchen as a Vegetarian Chef in Albuquerque, NM, preparing innovative and tasty Grab & Go breakfast and lunch options. This role focuses on crafting and packaging meals that cater to a range of dietary preferences including vegan, vegetarian, and meat-eater selections, using exclusively locally sourced and organic ingredients.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce creative hot and cold meals for a prepackaged Grab & Go food service.
- Handle significant prep work to ensure readiness of food items.
- Focus on meal production without table service or seating arrangements.
Requirements
- Experienced culinary professional skilled in meal preparation, especially vegetarian cuisine.
- Ability to work efficiently in producing meals catering to diverse dietary needs including vegan, vegetarian, and meat options.
