US Payroll & Accounting Manager

We are looking for a knowledgeable US Payroll & Accounting Manager to oversee payroll functions and financial compliance related to US operations from our Chennai office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute US payroll processes accurately and timely.
• Ensure adherence to US payroll regulations including payroll taxes and wage laws.
• Oversee payroll tax compliance to meet all legal and reporting requirements.
• Utilize and administer payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, Ceridian Dayforce, Paychex, UKG, or equivalent software platforms.

Skills and Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of US payroll regulations, payroll taxes, and wage laws.
• Hands-on experience with established payroll platforms like ADP, Workday, Ceridian Dayforce, Paychex, or UKG.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and compliance skills.

Eligibility

Candidates should have completed B.B.A. or B.M.S. specializing in Accounting, or hold a B.Com degree in Account and Finance.
