US Non-IT Recruiter - Night Shift

Role Overview

We are looking for a US Non-IT Recruiter / Non-Technical Recruiter to join the team in Noida. This is an on-site role supporting US staffing assignments, with a required background in non-technical hiring. The shift is at night.

Experience and Location

Candidates should have around 0.8 months to 4 years of experience in US staffing within the same domain. The position is based in Noida and requires work from the office.

Core Hiring Scope

• Handle recruitment for non-IT roles such as customer service, administrative support, clerical positions, HR, accounting, and similar functions.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates through multiple channels and hiring platforms.
• Work with different visa and billing arrangements, including W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Recruit through job portals, internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals, cold calling, and direct outreach.
• Negotiate and close compensation discussions, including salary, hourly rate, and related terms for W2 and corp-to-corp engagements.
• Partner with direct clients and manage requirements independently in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Identify suitable candidates quickly and present them persuasively against client requirements.
• Use creative sourcing methods to find niche profiles and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Conduct candidate interviews to assess skills and suitability, including technical skill checks where needed.
