What you will do

• Manage the complete US IT hiring cycle from sourcing to closure.
• Find potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Review profiles, assess suitability, and shortlist candidates as per client needs.
• Arrange interviews and stay in touch with candidates throughout the process.
• Keep the talent pipeline active and follow up regularly.
• Coordinate closely with team leads and clients to drive successful closures.

Candidate profile

The company is seeking applicants with strong verbal and interpersonal skills, a basic understanding of US IT staffing or recruitment, and the flexibility to work night shifts. Both freshers and experienced professionals are welcome, and immediate joiners are preferred.

Work schedule and location

This is a full-time onsite position based in Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. The role requires night-shift working hours.

Compensation and joining

The offered pay is up to ₹16,000 per month. Candidates who can join right away will be given preference.
