Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful US Blue-Collar Recruiter to join our internal recruitment team based in Mohali-67. This in-office position requires dynamic responsibility for the entire recruitment lifecycle focused on recruiting blue-collar and skilled trade talent for US job markets. The shift is during US night hours from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Source blue-collar and technical candidates for US roles using diverse channels.
- Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of candidates actively.
- Utilize LinkedIn, Facebook groups, trade schools, referrals, and job portals creatively to identify talent.
- Build communities of candidates through innovative hiring strategies.
- Perform initial screenings and conduct phone interviews.
- Oversee candidates throughout the recruitment process to completion.
- Keep accurate records in ATS and ensure timely communications with candidates.
- Provide candidates with a professional and positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience specifically in US recruitment, ideally within blue-collar or technical hiring roles.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English coupled with strong familiarity with US culture.
- Outgoing, energetic, confident, and skilled in building relationships.
- Exceptional abilities in sourcing, networking, persistent follow-up, and communication.
- Comfortable using social media platforms, candidate community management, and applicant tracking systems.
- Highly self-motivated with a proactive ‘hunter’ approach to recruitment.
Additional Information
The role is strictly in-house and onsite at the Mohali-67 location with fixed US night shift hours from Monday to Friday. This is a full-time employment opportunity.
