Role Overview
This position is for a field-focused sales professional who can handle uPVC doors and windows business across retail, dealer, architect, builder, and developer segments. The role combines territory sales, technical site assessment, quotation support, and coordination through the full order-to-installation cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell uPVC doors, windows, and related products to retail buyers, dealers, architects, builders, and developers.
- Develop new business opportunities and build a steady pipeline of leads in the assigned area.
- Strengthen relationships with dealers, contractors, architects, and other referral partners.
- Work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Visit sites to understand customer needs and project requirements.
- Capture correct site measurements for doors and windows.
- Gather technical details needed for estimates and design feasibility checks.
- Make sure proposed solutions suit site conditions as well as customer expectations.
- Prepare quotations and estimates in line with approved pricing rules.
- Coordinate pricing approvals with the Store Owner or Senior Sales Executive.
- Maintain accuracy in measurement-based costing and proposal preparation.
- Work with installation teams, production, and other internal functions to keep projects moving.
- Support timely delivery and installation of uPVC products.
- Track project progress to protect quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
- Address execution issues quickly and responsibly.
- Meet customers, architects, builders, and contractors on a regular basis.
- Understand requirements and suggest the most suitable product solution.
- Handle enquiries, follow-ups, and lead conversion through to order closure.
- Focus on strong customer experience and repeat business.
Preferred Experience and Industry Background
- Prior exposure to uPVC doors and windows systems.
- Experience in fenestration or the broader building materials sector is highly desirable.
- Background in aluminium doors and windows, glass and facade, construction products, architectural hardware, or home improvement products is preferred.
- Work style should suit a mix of field sales, technical site visits, dealer network handling, and project-based selling.
Eligibility and Working Style
- Only candidates with a full-time regular bachelor’s degree and at least 50% marks can apply.
- Applicants should be up to 26 years of age.
- Candidate must be willing to work in field sales with a 6-day workweek and 8.5 working hours per day.
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and the local language is required.
- Frequent site visits are part of the job and should be comfortable for the applicant.
