Job description

Role Overview

The University Network Administrator will serve as the primary link between Sanctuary Graduates and UK universities, dedicated to establishing and nurturing strong partnerships. This position supports recruitment efforts by facilitating communication, managing outreach, and enhancing engagement with academic institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forge and maintain robust relationships with university contacts, including careers teams, student groups, and academic staff.
  • Act as the main point of contact to ensure regular and effective interactions across phone, virtual meetings, and email channels.
  • Drive proactive engagement with universities by tailoring communications to their specific needs and strengthening partnerships.
  • Coordinate the distribution of numerous job opportunities daily to university networks, ensuring effective role promotion.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to support job promotions, answer inquiries, and encourage active university participation.
  • Monitor and document the success of attraction activities, collecting engagement and performance data.
  • Maintain and enhance an up-to-date database of university contacts, continually researching new potential connections.
  • Utilize CRM systems to log and track outreach efforts, analyzing interactions to deepen engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align actions with client recruitment objectives.
  • Represent Sanctuary Graduates professionally at university events and meetings.
  • Provide additional telephone support by communicating with students, performing fact-finding calls, and assisting with recruitment-related telephony tasks.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in account management, stakeholder engagement, or relationship management, preferably in higher education or recruitment environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills suited to presenting information clearly to diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for managing databases and multiple contacts.
  • Competency in CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work autonomously combined with effective teamwork capabilities.
  • Professional and confident phone manner, with proven experience in rapport building and conducting outbound engagement calls.
