Unit Head - IVF & Fertility Centre

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and patient-focused Unit Head to oversee operations at our IVF & Fertility Centre located in Purnia, Bihar. This role involves managing patient services, centre administration, documentation, HR coordination, and ensuring regulatory compliance to deliver an exceptional patient experience and support centre growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete patient journey ensuring timely appointments, smooth patient flow, and high-quality service.
• Welcome and guide patients and visitors while addressing their queries effectively.
• Counsel patients on consultations, registrations, and various fertility treatment options.
• Monitor patient adherence to PCPNDT appointments and necessary documentation.
• Support patients during emergencies by providing necessary assistance.
• Maintain precise and confidential MIS reports tracking patient footfall, consultations, registrations, and treatments on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Ensure patient record confidentiality, accuracy, and security, including completion of missing medical documentation.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and maintain staff records alongside handling employee-related queries at the centre level.
• Drive initiatives aimed at improving patient footfall and conversion rates by collaborating with marketing and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, PCPNDT guidelines, and organizational policies while maintaining a clean, safe, and patient-friendly environment.
• Protect patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.
• Participate actively in quality improvement programs, audits, training sessions, and emergency preparedness drills.

Candidate Profile

• 2 to 6 years of experience in IVF, fertility centre management, hospital operations, patient services, healthcare administration, or clinical coordination.
• Excellent patient counseling, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and healthcare information management systems.
• Capable of handling centre documentation, compliance, and operational workflows efficiently.

Preferred Background

• Experience working in IVF & Fertility Centres or hospitals.
• Exposure to clinical operations, healthcare administration, patient care services, and fertility counseling.

Education Requirements

Any healthcare graduate such as BHMS, BAMS, BDS, B.Sc Nursing, Life Sciences, or equivalent. Candidates with additional qualifications like MBA, PGDM, or MHA will be preferred but it is not mandatory.
