About the Role

Begin your future with Umbris as a skilled Monteur - Plaatser, specializing in installing terrace canopies. You will independently and collaboratively prepare, mount, and finalize installations of Umbris terrace roofing systems at client sites. As a Plaatser, you ensure a safe, high-quality, and customer-focused execution aligned with applicable guidelines and specifications. You act as the company’s representative on location, guaranteeing perfect placement of our premium products. This position requires independence, initiative, and problem-solving capabilities.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as an installer, particularly with verandas is advantageous.
• Accuracy, punctuality, and a strong focus on quality.
• Professional and courteous communication with clients.
• A collaborative spirit, supporting teammates when needed.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and methods.
• Proficient in Dutch and French languages.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install terrace overhangs following technical drawings and product specifications.
• Interpret plans and technical documents accurately.
• Ensure tidy and refined finishing touches on all installations.
• Engage professionally with customers, responding to their inquiries.
• Identify and report any issues promptly to project management.
• Conduct quality checks during and after installation phases.
• Coordinate progress updates and specific details closely with the project leader.
