About the Role

As a UI/UX Designer Intern, you will contribute to real product work across Babylon’s website and app. You will partner with developers, marketers, editors, and product leaders to improve usability, clarity, accessibility, and conversion across the platform. This position is well suited to someone who wants to strengthen a UI/UX portfolio through live projects rather than hypothetical case studies.

Responsibilities

• Gather UX insights using user feedback, analytics, and usability tests.
• Build wireframes, user journeys, and prototypes for web and mobile experiences.
• Develop polished, easy-to-use interfaces that reflect Babylon’s visual identity.
• Enhance navigation, site structure, and conversion pathways.
• Work with developers to make sure designs can be delivered accurately.
• Refine designs using test results, feedback, and product performance data.
• Support the creation of design systems, style guides, and reusable interface elements.

Who We’re Looking For

Babylon is seeking students or recent graduates in UI/UX Design, Product Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline. Applicants should be comfortable using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software, and should understand user-centered design principles. Interest in usability, accessibility, and digital products is important. Basic knowledge of web and app constraints is helpful, and HTML/CSS experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and a willingness to improve work based on feedback are also important. Candidates should be available for a 3 to 6 month internship.
