Turnaround Core Team Leader - Planning

About the Role

A prominent Pakistan-based EPC Engineering & Construction firm is seeking a seasoned Turnaround Core Team Leader specializing in Planning. This key position is part of a significant Oil & Gas Turnaround Project located in Habshan, UAE.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead and coordinate turnaround planning activities across operations, maintenance, inspection, engineering, and HSE teams.
• Develop and implement comprehensive turnaround planning and execution strategies for EPC projects in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Manage schedule control, contractor coordination, risk mitigation, and project close-out processes.
• Oversee overall turnaround project planning, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• Extensive professional experience totaling over 15 years.
• Minimum of 5 years in a planning leadership role such as Planning Incharge or Planning Manager.
• Demonstrated success in leading turnaround or shutdown planning and execution within EPC Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate effectively with multiple disciplines including operations, maintenance, inspection, engineering, and health, safety & environment teams.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary of AED 25,000.
• Additional fringe benefits including Food, Accommodation, and Transportation (FAT).
