TSE Technician - High Bandwidth Memory Probe

Role Summary

The TSE Technician for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Probe plays a vital role in the Test Solutions Engineering (TSE) team. This position involves performing operational, systemic, and data-oriented tasks to facilitate efficient wafer probe evaluations, production launches, and yield debugging of HBM products. Collaboration with TSE engineers spans new product introduction (NPI) and mass manufacturing phases.

The role demands swift execution, meticulous data management, and effective cross-team coordination critical to fast development cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HBM probe assignments by addressing TSE engineer requests including evaluation and production lot tracking, handling, and coordination.
• Monitor lot statuses and manage process follow-ups.
• Set up traveler documents, attribute tagging, and oversee hold/release procedures.
• Contribute to experiments focused on yield enhancement, test duration reduction, and resolving probe-related errors.
• Analyze data and produce reports supporting engineering debugging, root-cause analysis, NPI ramp readiness, and production decision-making.
• Maintain and report on probe execution metrics, such as lot turnaround time, completion tracking, and hold/release data, employing standard and automated reporting tools.
• Ensure data integrity, traceability, and consistency across TSE probe support systems, alerting engineering teams to discrepancies.
• Collaborate with various functional unit teams including Process, Yield, Manufacturing, PI/YE, and ME for seamless probe operation execution.
