Role Overview
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Travel Desk Agent to represent Beno at one of our distinguished hotel partners. This position suits individuals passionate about hospitality, tourism, and luxury guest service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist hotel guests in a professional manner.
- Actively promote and sell Beno's portfolio of services including luxury yacht charters, water sports activities, luxury and economy car rentals, desert safaris, airport transfers, tours and excursions, and VIP concierge services.
- Assess guests' preferences and suggest tailored experiences.
- Manage bookings, reservations, and payment processing with precision.
- Collaborate with Beno's operations team to guarantee flawless service execution.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with guests, upholding highest hospitality standards.
- Meet individual sales targets and support overall business expansion.
- Keep accurate records of bookings, inquiries, and daily sales activities.
- Ensure the travel desk maintains a polished appearance consistent with Beno's premium brand identity.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, concierge, or hotel guest services.
- Previous involvement at a hotel travel desk, concierge desk, Destination Management Company (DMC), or travel agency is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven sales skills combined with a customer-centric approach.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic, Russian, French, German, Chinese, or Spanish is an asset.
- Neat, professional appearance suitable for a luxury hotel setting.
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Familiarity with Dubai's tourist attractions, tours, and tourism industry preferred.
- Competence with Microsoft Office applications and online booking platforms.
