Overview

We are looking for a driven and skilled Travel Consultant to join our team, specializing in travel planning along with visa assistance and marketing. The role involves guiding clients through travel planning, recommending destinations, accommodations, and activities to facilitate memorable trips.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult clients to grasp their travel preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
• Create tailored travel itineraries aligning with client interests and financial considerations.
• Offer comprehensive support for international visa processing, including documentation, application management, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups to ensure high visa approval rates.
• Manage travel bookings such as flights, hotels, vehicle rentals, and tours while negotiating with providers to secure optimal deals.
• Deliver excellent customer service before and after trips and assist with travel documentation including visas and insurance.
• Drive sales and marketing initiatives by promoting travel packages, building a loyal client base, and nurturing client relationships.
• Maintain accurate documentation of bookings, client interactions, and prepare travel documents.

Candidate Qualifications

• Previous experience in travel consultancy or a similar capacity preferred but not mandatory.
• Extensive knowledge of multiple travel destinations, current tourism trends, and travel operations.
• Expertise in global visa consultation including Schengen, US, UK, Turkey, China, Japan, and KSA visas.
• Strong sales capabilities with effective deal-closing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with travel booking platforms and related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or related discipline preferred.
