KAYRA DESIGN STUDIO is hiring a Transport In-Charge in Dubai to oversee vehicle operations, driver coordination, and day-to-day logistics support for project deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the company’s vehicles, drivers, and transportation scheduling.
• Coordinate and track timely delivery of materials to different project locations.
• Keep an eye on fuel usage, vehicle upkeep, and compliance with RTA requirements.
• Update transport logs and prepare fleet performance summaries.
• Plan better routes to reduce operational expenses and avoid unnecessary delays.

Qualifications and skills

• A diploma or degree in Logistics or Transport Management is preferred.
• Applicants should have at least 3 years of UAE experience in fleet and transport operations.
• Working knowledge of RTA regulations and Dubai road routes is required.
• Strong planning, coordination, and team leadership abilities are important.

Compensation and benefits

Pay will be aligned with prevailing market standards. The role also includes a transport allowance and performance-based incentives.
