Trainee Social Media Manager

We support prestigious clients like ghd hair, OPI, Wella, L'Oréal, Dallmayr, YFood, and Villeroy & Boch through workshops, our Social Media Academy, and full-service support with creativity, experience, and enthusiasm.

Due to the fast-evolving landscape of social media and our expanding client base, we're immediately seeking a Trainee passionate about social media to strengthen our team with innovation and dedication. You'll rotate through all departments within 12 months, actively contributing to exciting projects and gradually taking on more responsibility, including managing your own clients. Upon successful completion, there's potential to transition into a Social Media Manager position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing social media strategies for clients.
• Support evaluation and collaboration with influencers.
• Contribute to various online marketing activities.
• Create and edit videos for clients and our own channels (e.g., @alexkhantv).
• Attend client workshops alongside the team.
• Help develop our Social Media Academy, benefiting from over 100 instructional videos.
• Maintain direct communication with clients to enhance campaign performance.
• Collaborate with representatives from major platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with a well-structured approach.
• Strong enthusiasm for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and others.
• Confident German communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent grammar and spelling.
• Friendly, engaging demeanor with open and communicative personality.
• Preferably completed higher education or comparable vocational training (not mandatory).
• Interest in video editing and a strong sense of visual composition.
• Willingness to learn continuously and stay current with social media trends.
