Role overview
A leading global high-frequency trading firm is hiring a Trading Technology Business Analyst for its Front Office Technology team in Singapore. This role supports the evolution of trading systems and contributes to technology initiatives that directly affect the firm’s trading portfolios.
Compensation
The package offers a salary of up to SGD 200,000, along with an industry-leading bonus component.
What you’ll do
- Work closely with the global trading business to understand, assess, and rank priorities for end-to-end equity projects.
- Convert business needs into precise technical requirements that development teams can implement.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business, including directors, traders, risk analysts, and portfolio managers, to uncover needs and resolve challenges.
What you should bring
- Strong understanding of financial markets.
- Prior exposure to buy-side trading is a major plus.
- Working knowledge of the full software development lifecycle.
- A computer science degree or a development-oriented background is required.
