About the role

In this Trade Counter position based in Karratha, you will support plumbers and other trade professionals by helping them access the products they need for construction and renovation jobs, while also taking care of tasks that keep the branch operating efficiently.

What you'll do

• Assist customers with product enquiries and share accurate information about the range
• Prepare quotations for customers in person and by phone
• Handle order picking, packing, and stock management activities
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe branch environment
• Carry out occasional customer deliveries in a company vehicle

What we're looking for

• Previous background in retail sales or customer service, with a genuine interest in helping people face-to-face and over the phone
• Ability to pick orders, manage shop displays, and provide correct information to customers
• Comfort using computers and willingness to learn new systems
• Current clean driver’s licence and flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends
• Motivation to build a career locally, across the wider network, or at head office
