About the Role
This position is for a tourism-focused content creator who will contribute to training AI systems. The work centers on using language skills to interact with chatbots and help improve how they respond.
You will be expected to demonstrate a high level of linguistic expertise. A key part of the role involves holding conversations in both German and English with AI chatbots to assess their progress, as well as creating original conversations that teach the systems how to respond more effectively.
Responsibilities
- Present AI chatbots with varied, challenging prompts and review how they respond.
- Assess the accuracy and overall quality of AI-generated outputs, including correctness and performance.
- Hold chatbot conversations in both German and English to help measure model improvement.
- Write fresh, original dialogue examples to train the system on appropriate responses.
Contract Benefits

- Compensation is hourly, beginning at $28+ USD per hour, with bonus rates available on certain projects.
Qualifications
Applicants should be fluent in both English and German and have a strong eye for detail. Solid writing ability and strong grammar skills are important. A bachelor's degree that is current, in progress, or completed is preferred, though it is not mandatory.
Payment and Contract Terms
Payment is processed through PayPal, and PayPal handles any currency conversion from USD. The company will never request money from applicants. This is an independent contractor role, and only candidates located in Germany will be considered.
