Role Summary

The IMA Group is currently seeking a dedicated Tier 1 Scheduler to join their team full-time. This role primarily involves organizing medical and psychological exam appointments and handling a high volume of inbound and outbound communications.

Responsibilities

• Arrange appointments for medical and psychological evaluations efficiently.
• Handle incoming and outgoing telephone communications professionally.
• Maintain precise and accurate records of scheduled engagements.
• Coordinate communications with clients, healthcare providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling operations.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school diploma or an equivalent credential.
• At least one year of experience in clerical roles, call center environments, or customer service positions.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software applications.
