Utilizing advanced AI, computer vision, and 360-degree imaging, the company provides real-time insights to improve road safety, efficiency, and sustainability. It partners with government bodies, private firms, and the public to enhance road management through cutting-edge technological solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and manage the entire tender lifecycle, from sourcing opportunities to submission and follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collate documentation, pricing data, and technical details to fulfill client requirements in tender submissions.
- Ensure strict compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and ethical standards during the tendering process, including conflict of interest policies.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, analyze tender documents, and negotiate terms with suppliers.
- Review submitted proposals to evaluate cost efficiency and uncover potential risks.
- Develop engaging presentations tailored to tender guidelines and requirements.
- Standardize tender submissions by adhering to prescribed formats regarding fonts, logos, layouts, and customer specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience managing online bidding and tender submissions on portals such as GeM, nProcure, and government PSU platforms.
- Comprehensive understanding of tendering regulations, processes, and documentation.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially in documentation accuracy.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
