Temenos PMO / Project Managers

Overview

Aventus is recruiting experienced professionals for a major core banking transformation initiative in the banking and financial services sector. The assignment is based in Doha, Qatar, and is an on-site engagement lasting 12 months.

Open Roles

The program is hiring for three Temenos/T24-focused project leadership positions:

• Program PMO Lead: Responsible for establishing and operating the PMO for a large-scale core banking modernization program. This role covers governance, planning, status reporting, executive and steering committee updates, and coordination across vendors, the System Integrator, and Temenos. It also includes managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources throughout the program.
• Data Workstream Project Manager: In charge of data migration and related activities for a T24 migration program. Key work includes migration strategy, cleansing, reconciliation, cutover coordination, ETL oversight, mock migration testing, downstream synchronization, and ownership of runbooks, approvals, and rollback planning with business, risk, and IT teams.
• IT Workstream Project Manager: Leads technical delivery for the core banking modernization effort, covering infrastructure, integrations, environments, release management, performance and disaster recovery testing, and environment control. This role also handles vendor coordination, technical cutover planning, and go-live command center leadership.

The engagement supports a client in the financial services space undergoing a large-scale Temenos/T24 modernization program.
